1. Services
Movora Health provides home-based physiotherapy services tailored to individual needs. All treatments are delivered based on professional clinical judgement and patient participation.

2. Appointments
Appointments can be booked via phone or email. All bookings will be confirmed once payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed.

3. Payment
Payment is required in advance via a secure payment link to confirm your appointment, unless otherwise agreed.
We accept payment via bank transfer, card, or secure online payment link.

4. Cancellations & Refunds
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for rescheduling or refund.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, or missed appointments, are non-refundable.
• Rescheduling within 24 hours may be offered at our discretion.

5. Clinician Cancellation
If we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (including illness), we will inform you as soon as possible.

You will be offered either:
• A rescheduled appointment, or
• A full refund if payment has already been made

6. Health Disclaimer
Physiotherapy involves active participation and carries some level of risk. Patients are responsible for following professional advice and informing us of any relevant medical conditions.

Movora Health is not liable for any injury resulting from failure to follow guidance provided.

7. Pricing
All prices are subject to change. Any changes will be communicated prior to treatment.

8. Liability
While all care is provided to the highest professional standards, Movora Health shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or unforeseen outcomes related to treatment.

9. Data Protection
All personal information is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and used solely for providing our services.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
